Where can high-efficiency static eliminators be used?

1. Power Supply and Air Source Requirements ① The power supply must have a ground wire and ensure adequate grounding. The transformer must be properly grounded. Before each use, check that the ground wire knob is tightened. ② The air source must be effectively filtered. A secondary filter may be necessary. The filter must be cleaned promptly. Otherwise, water, oil, and dust particles will enter the ion generator chamber and adhere to the inner walls of plastic components. When accumulated to a certain level, the ion needles will ignite them. As a result, the plastic components will gradually develop a honeycomb-like charring pattern, and the ion removal rate will gradually decrease, creating a safety hazard.

2. Adjusting the Static Elimination Effect ① The static elimination effect and duration are inversely proportional to the air pressure. The air pressure should be between 0.3 MPa and 0.7 MPa. ② The distance and angle between the gun tip and the static field affect the static elimination effect. Careful adjustments should be made until satisfactory.

3. Daily Maintenance ① The air gun and nozzle tip are easily broken. Protect the air gun from impact during use and from drops after use. Even if the nozzle is fixed, be careful to prevent collision with objects. ② The air pressure regulating valve of the air gun should be moderate and an appropriate amount of universal anti-rust lubricant should be added. ③ When cleaning the ion needle and ion needle chamber of the ion air gun, use anhydrous alcohol instead of thinner. When cleaning, first turn off the power, then use a tweezer to unscrew the small plastic cover (also called air accelerator) in front of the ion air gun head, and use a cotton swab dipped in anhydrous alcohol to clean the ion needle and the inner cavity of the ion needle chamber to clean the internal stains and dirt. ④ It is best to add a foot switch to the air supply of the ion air gun, or to control it through a solenoid valve and mechanical action linkage, which can not only improve the use effect but also extend the service life.
