HeFeng has been focusing on the design, manufacture and supply of surface treatment equipment for more than 20 years. Embracing the philosophy "Passion, Dreams and Integrity", the company has built several branches overseas and achieved over 20 patented technologies, aiming at becoming a renowned brand in global markets.
HeFeng was started in Taiwan by establishing Chiya Dah Electrical Power Co., Ltd. in 1990, and set up its Shenzhen sales office in 2000. It built a factory in Shanghai in 2007 and began the development of plasma, UV and other non-standard surface treatment equipment. Since 2016, HeFeng has been partnering with Germany AHLBRANDT. And in 2018, it has established long-term partnership with Switzerland HILDEBRAND.
Our History
In 2000, Shenzhen began producing and developing corona treatment equipment.
In 2004, the company registered its trademark "HeFeng Machinery" with the State Trademark Office. The trademark was reviewed and obtained the R certificate in 2007.
In 2007, the company expanded production and established a factory in Shanghai, establishing Shanghai Heyuefeng Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd.
In 2007, the company began developing various non-standard surface treatment equipment, including plasma and UV treatment equipment.
In 2010, the Shanghai company received ISO quality management system certification (NO:00910Q1198OROS; GB/T19001-2008).
In 2010, the company's independently developed plasma treatment machine received the European CE certification: Plasma CE NO:100914/SHE697.
In 2010, the company obtained utility model patents (ZL 2010 2 0573568.X) and design patents (ZL 2010 2 0573568.X) from the State Intellectual Property Office of China. 2010 3 0547780.4;
In June 2010, at the Shanghai World Expo, we were selected as one of China's Outstanding Private Enterprises and exhibited for 180 days in the Private Enterprise Pavilion. No.: 0000002218;
In 2011, we registered our own domestic brand, "Heyuefeng," with the China Trademark Office, under the trademark No. 8759637;
In 2011, our independently developed static eliminator received CE certification, Nos.: MTI110106001CE; MTI1101066001CS;
In 2012, our independently developed drawer-type corona treater received utility model patents ZL 20102 0195538.9 and design patents ZL 2012 3 from the China Patent Office. 0081104.1;
In 2013, the company's independently developed corona generator obtained CE certification, No.: EC.1282.1E130325.SHE0401;
In 2013, the company's independently developed ceramic electrodes for corona generators obtained utility model patents ZL 2012 2 0559594.6 and design patents ZL 2012 3 0327429.3 from the State Intellectual Property Office of China;
In 2016, the company partnered with AHLBRANDT of Germany to establish the "HEFENG-AHLBRANDT" partnership model;
In 2017, Wuxi Apollon Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Jiangsu Province.

Product Application
In printing industry, such as label printing, flexo printing, gravure printing, digital printing and screen printing substrates and inks require compatible surface for bonding, which can affect the adhesion of print colors, coatings and adhesives.Based on its professional expertise, HeFeng can assist you tackle these challenges in the printing industry.
Coating/Laminating industry:Surface coating can offer an enhanced performance to the surface of a substrate, like glossy appearance, comfortable touch and slip resistance. The adhesion of the coating plays a critical role in achieving better performance.
Film Blown/ Extrusion industry:Since the plastic film has many possible applications, plastic film manufacturers produce it with tailor-made compositions and characteristics to make it suitable for targeted application. Regardless of what the plastic film is used for, surface tension is a critical factor that can affect the wettability and printability of the film surface. In this case, manufacturers use corona treatment to treat newly produced films to improve the characteristics of the film surface.HeFeng has been focusing on plastic film surface treatment system since its first foundation. We can help you increase the surface tension of your plastic film.
Typical converting processes include printing, laminating and perforating, suited to convert plastic films and other materials to final products. Manufacturing food packaging films is a typical example. Because the surface energy will be decreased with increasing storage time, many plastic film manufacturers apply plasma surface treatment right after the production to improve surface energy and increase wettability, achieving the best possible effect.
Textiles: Industrial textiles are found in almost every industry. Taking into account that the various chemicals are required in textile production processes of laminating, coating and printing, plasma treatment is an ideal approach to treat the surface of textiles as the treatment is carried out in a closed and dry process.

Our service
Pre-sales:
Recommend suitable models according to customers' product requirements. After determining the model, we will issue detailed technical specifications, sign a contract, and arrange production. We have formulated a detailed production schedule. After the equipment is produced, it undergoes an aging test for at least 24 hours to ensure the stability of the equipment before leaving the factory.
On-sale:
When the equipment arrives at the customer's site, our technical engineers will also arrive to conduct a preliminary inspection of the equipment to avoid damage to the equipment during transportation. The technicians then explained the principles, safety knowledge and software operation of the equipment to the trainers and debugged the produced products to achieve small batch production verification. The site can only be evacuated after ensuring that the trainees have fully mastered the technical essentials and a comprehensive score has been given to our technical staff.
After-sales:
In case of equipment failure or technical support, after-sales personnel will first solve the problem by phone, whatsapp,WeChat, or video. Door-to-door replacement parts will arrive within 6 hours within 100 kilometers, and within 72 hours for other places.
